About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the Botanifol website. By placing an order, you agree to them. “Botanifol”, “we” and “us” mean the Botanifol brand.

Our products

Botanifol products are herbal haircare for external use. They are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

• Read the label and follow the directions.
• Do a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
• Stop using a product if it irritates your scalp or skin.
• Keep products away from your eyes and out of reach of children.

Results depend on your hair, scalp, health and routine, and vary from person to person. If your hair fall is sudden, patchy or severe, please see a doctor.

Prices and offers

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and the total is shown before you pay.

• The 20% pair saving applies to each matched shampoo and oil. Extra bottles are charged at their regular price.
• Offers and prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.
• If a price is shown in error, we contact you before dispatch. You can continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone call.

We may call or message you to confirm cash-on-delivery orders. We may cancel an order if we can’t confirm it, if the delivery details are incomplete, if a product is out of stock, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. A delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies per order.
• Debit or credit card: pay online at checkout. Delivery is free.
• Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather, public holidays and other events outside our control.

• Please give a complete address and a phone number we can reach.
• If delivery fails because of incorrect details or no one being available, the courier may try again or return the parcel to us. We may charge delivery again to resend it.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews and photos

If you send us a review or photo, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may shorten it, and we may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.

Our content

The Botanifol name, logo, text, photos and designs on this website belong to Botanifol. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not responsible for problems caused by using a product against its directions, or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
