Will it work for my type of hair fall?+
It's made for the most common kind: hair fall from breakage, harsh washing and buildup. Reetha and shikakai clean without stripping, while amla and five oils nourish so hair breaks less. If your hair fall has a medical cause like thyroid, PCOS or low iron, the shampoo supports your hair while your doctor treats the cause.
How soon will I see a difference?+
Your scalp will feel cleaner from the first wash. Hair fall changes slowly because hair grows in cycles, so use it 2–3 times a week and judge it at 6–8 weeks. Adding the Hair Growth Oil before washing gives your roots extra care.
My hair fall started after illness, pregnancy or stress.+
Hair fall after fever, dengue, typhoid, childbirth or a stressful time is very common and usually settles over a few months as your body recovers. Meanwhile, this shampoo cleans gently and helps hair break less. If it continues beyond 3–4 months, please see a doctor.

No, either bottle works on its own. The pair gives you one full-size Anti-Shedding Shampoo and one full-size Hair Growth Oil, with 20% off. How does the 20% pair saving work?+

How do I use it for best results?+
Wet your hair fully. Massage a small amount into your scalp with your fingertips for about a minute, then rinse well. Use a little more for long or oily hair. Start at 2–3 times a week and adjust to your scalp. Leaving it on longer won't speed up results.
Why doesn't it foam like other shampoos?+
Reetha and shikakai make a softer, lower lather than heavy-foam shampoos, and hard water lowers foam further. Foam doesn't measure cleaning. Work it through your scalp for a minute and rinse well.
Can I use it on coloured or treated hair?+
Yes, it's gentle enough for coloured, rebonded and keratin-treated hair. Patch-test first if your scalp is sensitive.
